Welcome to the 2008 International Chicago Tango Fest. At the moment, our new website is under construction. You may submit your registration now using the form below or wait until the new site is completed.

This year we are once again hosting the event at The Palmer House Hilton in the Chicago Loop. The link to make reservations is below. We recommend you make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure room availability.

We have also made arrangements with Hostelling International for less expensive accommodations at their Loop hostel which is three blocks from The Palmer House. Their reservations link is also below.

We believe that we have created a Tango Dream Troupe, with some of the world’s best tango dancers to provide you with a truly inspirational festival experience this year. These seven dream couples have performed all over the world and taught at many festivals; this year they will bring their expertise to you!

Cost

Overnight rate: $32 - $34, plus tax, per bed, for dormitory-style accommodations.

Breakfast is included in the overnight rate.

Reservations

Reservation guarantees a bed and separation by gender. It does not guarantee that fest participants will be in rooms alone.  If a fest participant would like to be in the same room as his/her friends, he/she must indicate this upon making a reservation.

Reservations are to be made by the individual by contacting the hostel’s group reservations department. Participants must indicate they are with the Tango Festival to obtain the special rate.
