The beds will be held with a 60-day release. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of arrival date. For no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, guest is subject to forfeiture of 1st night’s stay’s cost.
Reservation guarantees a bed and separation by gender. It does not guarantee that Fest participants will be in rooms alone. If a Fest participant would like to be in the same room as his/her friends, he/she must indicate this upon making a reservation.
