Looking for a Dance Partner or Roommate Forum:
We would like to encourage single dancers to use this 'Looking for a Dance Partner or Roommate' forum to find a partner for participation in the workshops or to find a roommate to share accommodations.
What are the benefits of identifying a 'dance partner'? If you identify a 'dance partner', you may register together and get a lower rate on the All-Inclusive Package. If you identify a 'dance partner', you will help us to achieve a better gender balance in the workshops. It should be understood that you will NOT be obligated to dance with the 'partner' you've registered with for the entirety of the workshops. Everyone will be encouraged to rotate during classes, although it will not be mandatory.
PLEASE NOTE: This is by no means a matchmaking service and it is only designed to help facilitate an equal number of leaders and followers in the classes!
However, single leaders and single followers may certainly register as singles. We will do our best to try to have an equal number of leaders and followers in the workshops, but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case.
What is the benefit of finding a roommate? The benefit of finding someone with whom to share a room at the hotel is that you will also share the room rate. Rates are the same for both single and double rooms, so splitting the cost with a roommate will save you both money!
