2008 International Chicago Tango Fest - August 21-24

The International Chicago Tango Fest, as with any major event, cannot be produced without the support and enthusiasm of volunteers. In view of the tremendous success we have had at our previous festivals, the American Tango Institute is once again coordinating this world class festival, which promises to be bigger and better than ever.

 

We had a wonderful group of dedicated volunteers over the past two years and hope to see many of you return, as well as new faces, eager to share the excitement of putting together a fabulous 2008 Fest.

 

The American Tango Institute is a not-for-profit organization, dedicated to bringing the concept and the universe of tango, with all its elements, its roots, its history and its applications, to the community at large. The 2008 International Chicago Tango Fest is our biggest event of the year and we welcome all the help we can get, in any and all capacities.

 

Fest volunteers will be rewarded for their time and efforts with free tickets to dance workshops, milongas and/or the theater performance, depending upon their level of involvement.

 

We invite you to sign up as a volunteer and to let us know in what capacity you are interested in volunteering your help. Any amount of time you are able to give is welcome; you do not have to commit “full time”. Please fill out your information below and indicate on what committee(s) you’d like to work.
